Where am I again? Pohang? Wolpro?

Last weekend the little toy camera and I tagged along with Busan's finest soccer team for a beach trip and away game. We stayed near a small beach just outsideof Pohang, called Wolpo, and although it may not have been the prettiest stretch of beach in the world, we made it our own.

The people wearing clothing, those would be the Koreans. You can always spot a foreigner at the beach a mile away in this country because we are the ones in various stages of undress, while the sensible Koreans are the ones going swimming with all their clothes on.

I can only handle so much sun ... so I went a wandering ...

... and found lost souls ...

... and new ones ...

... but eventually in a town as small as Wolpo, all roads lead back to the beach ...

... and our minbak.

After speeches and games we set out.
It all gets a little fuzzy from there ... beach, taxi cabs, nightclub ....

There was a soccer game played the next day...

.. but that's about the only picture I took.

I spent most of the game hidding behind my sunglasses, laying on my back, and attempting to negotiate a truce between my hangover and the universe ...

... and wishing the strange metal worms would stop spinning around.
