If Wikipedia is to be believed, when this Korean film hit Cannes in 2004 Quentin Tarantino, the then President of the Jury, fought for this movie to win the Palme d'Or. Once you see it you'll know why.
Turns out the incredibly sweet and gentle guy from the movie that left me feeling warm and fuzzy for days is also one of the cruelest bad ass villains to ever hit the screen.
